Avgokoúloura is a special treat that is traditionally made during Easter in Greece.
With a lot of fresh butter, free-range eggs, organic citrus zest, Madagascan vanilla and a combination of leavening agents, these exceptionally tasty biscuits come with a great snap, but hold their shape nicely when dunked in a brew.
With a hint at Spring and the Melíanthos logo, my avgokouloura are shaped as flowers and come in 4 different flavour variations: lemon and orange plus a pairing with tempered white & Ruby chocolate for those of us with a sweet tooth.
Available from March to June.
